Dental veneers
Problem: Misaligned gums and teeth.
Solution: We carried out 4 veneers for the front teeth for a more finished, symmetrical end smile, including better gum margins for symmetry
Problem: Our Invisalign patients from Portsmouth had a very heavily restored mouth
Solution: Invisalign treatment was used to align crowded teeth. Whitening to brighten smile, Anterior E-max veneers to address asymmetry of front teeth and peg laterals. And lastly changing some anterior amalgam fillings to composite.
Problem: Needed to correct crossbite and crowding.
Solution: Invisalign was used to improve alignment of teeth for function and aesthetics. Teeth whitening was used to brighten the smile. Lastly Composite bonding was used for the lateral teeth to make them proportional as small in size.
Composite bonding
Problem: This patient was unhappy with the discoloured appearance and uneven edges of teeth.
Solution: The results were obtained through Invisalign, teeth whitening and composite bonding. All composite bonding was free-hand, specifically addressing different teeth heights.
Problem: The patient had an anterior open bite causing the smile to be asymmetric and affecting aesthetics.
Solution: With conservative Invisalign treatment, the teeth were aligned for an improved overbite and overjet. Whitening treatment allowed a brighter final smile.
Problem: Stained and misaligned teeth
Solution: Results achieved by: Invisalign treatment to align teeth, Teeth whitening to brighten smile and Composite bonding of the front teeth to correct defects and asymmetry.
Problem: This patient presented with a fractured upper left anterior tooth. Due to malaligned teeth restoring it would have proved difficult as the lower teeth are in heavy contact anteriorly
Solution: Invisalign treatment was chosen to allow a stable restoration to be placed. By improving upper and lower teeth there was space created to allow us to place composite filling on the upper left one.
Composite veneers
Problem: Over 10 year old, stained composite veneers
Solution: These were replaced with 10 porcelain veneers very conservatively. It has balanced the smile and provided better symmetry whilst refreshing the whole smile through a lighter shade.
Problem: This patient presented with a worn dentition with chipped edges due to a class 3 bite
Solution: Invisalign was first used to place patient back into a stable class 1 bite, followed by whitening and then composite bonding to restore chipped edges.

Teeth whitening and veneers
Problem: Patient was unhappy with asymmetry, colour of teeth and spacing.
Solution: Concerns were addressed by carrying out a course of teeth whitening followed by minimal preparation veneers. Tooth edges are also kept rounded for more gentle, feminine appearance.
Invisalign
Problem: The lateral teeth are too proclaimed and the central teeth are too retroclined.
Solution: Aesthetics and function have been restored. Most importantly results have been achieved conservatively (absolutely zero drilling).

Problem: This patient was unhappy with the general asymmetry and colour of her teeth and the crown on the upper right 2 with grey shadowing.
Solution: Through a course of teeth whitening and crown replacement alongside minimal prep veneers on the other anterior teeth we now have a much more symmetrical smile.

Solution: Treatment involved teeth whitening followed by 6 minimal preparation porcelain veneers for the top teeth.

Problem: The patient presented with severe discolouration and aesthetic concerns in the front teeth due to multiple fillings and root canal treatments.
Solution: We first used Invisalign to correct the Class 3 edge to edge bite and stabilise it to a Class 1 position. We then carried out teeth whitening followed by the placement of minimal preparation veneers and crowns on the front teeth.
